General No-Refund PolicyAll payments made to Student Ink Sabha are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:Competition registrationWorkshop feesCertification chargesSpecial event participationDigital servicesAny other paid offerings on the websiteOnce a payment is successfully processed, no refund, reversal, or chargeback shall be entertained.

2. No Timeframe for Refund RequestsSince this is a strict no-refund policy, there is no applicable timeframe for requesting a refund. Any request for refund made at any time after payment shall be automatically declined.

3. No Full or Partial RefundsNo full refunds will be issued.No partial refunds will be issued.No credit notes, wallet balances, or future adjustments will be provided in place of a refund.This applies even if:The participant does not attend a workshopThe school fails to submit an entryThe user withdraws voluntarilyThe user is disqualifiedA technical issue occurs on the user’s side

4. Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Not ApplicableRefunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:Change of mind after paymentFailure to read Terms, Rules, or EligibilityIncorrect information provided by the userMissed deadlinesDisqualification due to rule violationInternet failure or device issuesNon-usage of services after paymentAccount suspension due to misconduct

Exceptional Circumstances (Platform-Controlled Events Only)A refund may be considered only if:The event, competition, or workshop is formally cancelled by Student Ink Sabha itself, andNo alternative service, rescheduling, or compensation is providedEven in such exceptional situations:The decision to issue any refund shall be solely at the discretion of the website ownerThe amount refunded (if any) may be partial, depending on administrative and operational costs already incurred

Payment Disputes & ChargebacksUsers agree not to raise payment disputes or chargebacks with banks or payment gateways without first contacting Student Ink Sabha.Any unauthorized chargeback may lead to:Immediate suspension of the user or school accountPermanent restriction from future participationLegal recovery of losses and penalties

7. Duplicate or Failed PaymentsIf a payment is debited more than once due to a technical error, the excess amount may be verified and adjusted only after internal confirmation with the payment gateway.Such adjustments are not considered refunds but technical corrections.

8. Transfer of RegistrationPaid registrations cannot be transferred to:Another studentAnother schoolAnother event or time period
